Following on from our existing relationship (providing digital marketing services for the client since 1998), Navertech took over the IT Support & Servicing contract in 2014. Due to the fact the harbour trust operates on a 24/7/365 basis, Navertech provide both business and out of hours support to the client, meaning no matter when an IT issue may occur, they have a suitable level of support available.
Several IT systems have been implemented including CCTV, Wi-Fi, broadband connectivity, enterprise level firewall distribution, software and databases, in addition to critical business services such as Email Security & Continuity. In 2016 Navertech migrated the entire organisation from on-premises to Office 365, working to a tight schedule.
Scrabster also benefit from our bespoke Network Monitoring service, which allows the IT team to identify issues and undertake pro-active maintenance, sometimes before the client realises there has been a problem.
