Intro

PA Consulting Group is a consultancy specialising in management consulting, technology and innovation. It has clients in both the private and public sector including local and national Governments and the defence sector.

PA sub contracted Navertech to carry out IT reviews on behalf of Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). This required on-site visits to various businesses throughout the Highlands and Island area, stretching from Shetland to Campbeltown.

Reviews of existing IT Infrastructure were carried out and consultancy on IT improvements to increase productivity or improve processes were provided in the form of a report, with clear actions and timescales.
